The hotel known also as the historical Agamemnon thermal baths fa-
mous for its thermal waters with proven therapeutic eects is located
in Balçova and the objective of the project was to ensure that this 5
star hotel is also used as a spa and curing center. Topography, scenery
and natural beauties of the region were the definitive elements of the
design. Landscape design was taken into consideration as a whole and
it was ensured that a strong relationship in the 3rd dimension is estab-
lished between the green areas and the hotel structure. Daily use areas
such as food-beverage areas, viewing areas and conference center
were also designed

konumlanan 5 yıldızlı otel n, kaplıca ve kür merkez olarak da kullanılma-

ana bel rley c unsurları olmuşlardır. Peyzaj tasarımı bütünsel olarak ele
alınıp, yeş l alanların 3. Boyutta otel kütles yle güçlü b r l şk kurması
sağlanmıştır. Otel n kent ve kent halkıyla bağ kurab lmes adına ye-
me- çme alanları, sey r alanları, kongre salonu g b günüb rl k mekanlar
da tasarlanmıştır.
