The buildings are placed at dierent elevations and
in the direction of the scenery due to the slope of
the land at the Gazi Osman Paşa Bağlarbaşı Neigh-
borhood. Green areas were designed as sets at re-
gions with high elevation thus forming view terraces.
Residence and commercial units were placed at
proper locations on the area. Access to inner spaces
and the courtyard was provided via walkways and
recreation inside the blocks, thus aiming to create
public spaces strengthen the street and neighbor-
hood relations.
