Ankara Pursaklar’da yapılacak olan arş v b nası,
Gençl k ve Spor bakanlığının hal hazırda bulunan
arş v alanının ht yaçlara cevap verememes ne-
den yle nşa ed lmekted r. B nanın tasarım kurgu-
sunda, kullanılacak malzemeler n ve s stemler n
seç m nde TSE arş v standartları esas alınmıştır.
Planlama yapılırken Arş v depoları le çalışma ma-
haller n n b rb r ne yakın olmasına d kkat ed lm şt r.
Arş vlenecek malzemen n tesl m ve arş vlenme
sürec çer s nde bazı aşamalardan geçmes ge-
rekmekted r bu doğrultuda gel şen tasarımımızda;
Gelen arş v belgeler n n kaydı yapıldıktan sonra
tozdan arındırılması ve dezenfeks yonu ç n etüv
mahal yapılmıştır. Tozlarından arındırılan belge-
ler n ayrılması ve tasn f ç n ısıtma, aydınlatma ve
havalandırma s stemler kurulmuş ve b r çalışma
bölümü oluşturulmuştur. Tasn f ed len belgelerden
saklanmasına gerek görülmeyenler ç n mha odası
tanz m ed lm şt r. Tasn f şlem nden sonra arş vle-
necek belgeler n c ltlenmes bakım ve tam r ç n
restorasyon bölümü oluşturulmuştur. Belgeler n
h zmete sunulması ve korunması amacıyla k nc
nüshalarını oluşturacak d j tal arş v ün tes yapıl-
mıştır. Arş vleme bölümler se güneş ışınlarından,
nemden, küften ve tozdan korunab lecek şek lde
tasarlanmış ve bu doğrultuda mekan k s stem
terc hler yapılmıştır.
The archive building to be built at Ankara Pur-
saklar was planned because the current archive
area for the Ministry of Youth and Sports was not
sucient. TSE archive standards were taken into
consideration in the design of the building as well
as the selection of the material and the systems
to be used. The archive storage and working
areas were planned to be close to each other. The
material to be archived has to undergo certain
stages during the delivery and archival process
and accordingly, a disinfection area was built to
remove the dust from the recorded material as
well as to disinfect them. Heating, lighting and
ventilation systems were established for the sepa-
ration and classification of the cleaned documents
and a separate study area was built. A room for
destroying the unwanted documents was built. A
restoration unit was established for the binding,
maintenance and repair of the documents to be
archived following the classification process. A
digital archive unit that will duplicate the docu-
ments for use and protection was also arranged.
The archival areas were designed to be away from
sunlight, moisture, mold and dust and accordingly,
mechanical systems were preferred.
