The project area is located on the Black Sea coastal line at the Samsun Batıpark region. The conven-
tion center is located in the complex that is designed for the 2017 Deaflympics games and it is also
aimed to give service for dinners, meetings etc. with 3 separate halls that are divided by moving
panels in addition to the convention activities to be held at the 1000 capacity hall. In addition, the
foyer area designed transparently in order to establish a visual relationship with the sea can also be
used as an exhibition hall. The meeting hall upstairs is suited for special VIP meetings for 30 people.
The bond between the users, citizens with the sea was tried to be continued and strengthened via
transparent units as well as the eaves and the pier.

kullanılab lecek şek lde tasarlanmıştır. Üst katta yer alan toplantı salonu 30 k ş l k özel VİP toplantılara da mkan
tanımaktadır. B na tasarım kurgusunda, kullanıcıların ve kent sak nler n n, den zle olan bağı, şe¦af bölümler,
den ze uzanan saçak ve skele vasıtası le devam ett r lmeye ve güçlend r lmeye çalışılmıştır.
