The sports center is located about 4 km to the Iğdır city
center and its design enables the building to be used as
a concert and conference area as well as a training hall
in addition to hosting sports competitions. In addition
to the main hall where basketball, volleyball, handball
etc. can be played, there are also 2 training halls and
1 fitness hall. There are 4 main locker rooms for the
athletes as well as 4 more additional locker rooms.
There are also 2 locker rooms for the referees and 2
for the coaches. In addition, there are also doping test
areas as well as federation and observer rooms near the
playground. There are oce and resting spaces for VIP
guests and press members that can be accessed from
the foyer area.
Iğdır kent merkez ne yaklaşık 4 km mesafede, yen gel -
ş m alanında yer alan spor salonu, spor müsabakalarının
yanı sıra konser, kongre ve antrenman salonu olarak da
kullanılab lecek şek lde tasarlanmıştır. Spor salonunda
basketbol, voleybol, hentbol vb. sporların yapılacağı
ana salonun dışında antrenman ç n 2 adet, f tness ç n
1 adet salon bulunmaktadır. Sporcular ç n 4 adet ana
soyunma odasının dışında yan salonlar ç n de 4 adet
daha soyunma odası bulunmaktadır. Hakemler ç n 2
adet, antrenörler ç n 2 adet soyunma odası yapılmıştır.
Bunların dışında müsabakalar ç n gerekl olan dop ng
test odası, federasyon ve gözlemc odaları oyun saha-
sına yakın konumda çözülmüştür. VIP konuklar ve basın
mensupları ç n fuaye alanlarından ulaşılan çalışma ve
d nlenme odaları bulunmaktadır.
