b naya hak m noktada konumlandırılmıştır. Bütün çağrıların
cevaplandığı çağrı alanı b nanın merkez nde zem n katta bu-
lunmaktadır. Tamamen çe dönük, yoğun ve gürültülü ortamda
çalışmak zorunda kalan personel n d nlenmes ve kend n
yen leyeb lmes ç n spor ve d nlenme alanları oluşturulmuştur.
Alt zem n katta güneş ışığından faydalanan bölgelerde halkla
l şk ler ve yeme çme alanları oluşturulmuş, güneş ışığından
faydalanamayan bölgelerde se server ve ups g b kapalı hac m
ht yacı olan tekn k b r mler oluşturulmuştur.
112 Emergency Call Center is a call center that enables the
coordination of all calls made to dierent numbers such as
112,155,110,156,177 in one place. The objective for building this
center is to make a fast, eective and comprehensive interven-
tion. The project is located on a sloped land and there is also
a Mobile Electronic System Integration (Mobese) recording
center in the same building which can be accessed via a dier-
ent entrance. The Crisis desk and coordination center located
on the 1st floor are placed so as to be able to dominate all the
building. The call center area where all the calls are answered is
located on the ground floor at the center of the building. There
are sports and recreational areas for the sta who has to work
in a completely withdrawn, noisy and intensive environment.
Public relations and food courts have been situated at locations
on the ground floor that can benefit from the sunlight and tech-
nical units such as server and ups which require closed areas
have been situated at locations that do not receive sunlight.
