Kocaeli Stadium land is the area to the east of the city where
currently the Ali Kahya Sports Facilities are located. It is about
7 km away from the city center. The objective during the design
stage of the stadium was to ensure that the structure becomes
one of the symbol structures in the city which is continuously
developing in industry and trade. In this regard, a modern
approach reflecting this development was adopted. Kocaeli
Stadium will be built on a land with a zoning area of 90 thou-
sand square meters. It has 35 thousand seats for spectators,
560 VIP spectator seats, 6197 UEFA Club seats as well as a 752
seat capacity lounge area and 187 lounges at the west and east
tribunes. There are 21 elevators in the stadium as well as a total
of 1215 parking spots 646 of which are closed in addition to a
bus parking area for 11 vehicles.
The main VIP entrance of the stadium faces the west. A 646
capacity VIP car park was planned underground. A 570 vehicle
car park was designed outside the stadium. These parking
spaces connect to the main highways via suitable intersections.
In addition, the surrounding of the stadium was designed as a
pedestrian walkway with ticket sales spots at dierent locations.
The area outside the pedestrian walkway is landscaped with 512
trees.

modern, gel ş m yansıtan ve çağdaşı yakalamaya çalışan b r d l
kullanılmıştır. Kocael Stadyumu toplam 90 b n metrekare mar
alanı olan arsa üzer ne nşa ed lecekt r. 35 b n sey rc koltuğu, 560
VİP sey rc koltuğu, 6197 UEFA Club koltuğunun yer aldığı statta
752 koltuk kapas tel loca bölümü ve batı ve doğu tr bünler nde
toplam 187 adet loca bulunmaktadır.21 asansörün bulunduğu
statta 646’sı kapalı olmak üzere 1215 otopark ve 11 araçlık otobüs
parkı yer almaktadır.
Stadyumun ana VIP g r ş batı yönünded r. Stadın altında 646
araçlık b r VIP otoparkı öngörülmüştür. Stadın çeper nde toplam-
da 570 araçlık b r otopark tasarlanmıştır. Bu park yerler , yolla-
ra uygun kavşaklarla bağlanmaktadır. Ayrıca stadyum çevres
yaya dolaşım alanı olarak tasarlanmış, farklı lokasyonlarda yeter
sayıda b let g şeler yerleşt r lm şt r. Yaya dolaşım alanının dışında
kalan alan se 512 ağaç le peyzaj ed lm şt r.
