Sakarya Stadyumu’nun ç nde bulunduğu alan şehr n
doğusundan geçen Sakarya-Karasu yolu üzer nde,
Şeh r merkez ne yaklaşık 3 km mesafeded r.
Yakın geçm şte yaşanan 17 ağustos deprem nden
sonra büyük kısmı hasar gören kent merkez , güçlü
b r şek lde yen den yapılanmaktadır. Yapı, tasarımıyla
yen den yapılanmanın sembolü olmayı amaçlamakta-
dır. Bu bağlamda yapının tr bün ve yardımcı mekanları
har c ndek kalan, cephe ve çatıda, çel k strüktürler
“sağlamlık” algısını güçlend rmek amacıyla vurgulu b r
şek lde kullanılmıştır. Sakarya Stadyumu toplam 136 b n
metrekare mar alanı olan arsa üzer ne nşa ed lmekte-
d r. 21 b n sey rc koltuğu, 661 VİP sey rc koltuğu, 7105
UEFA Club koltuğunun yer aldığı statta 262 koltuk
kapas tel loca bölümü bulunmaktadır.16 asansörün bu-
lunduğu statta 160’ı kapalı olmak üzere 1445 otopark
ve 15 araçlık otobüs parkı yer almaktadır.
Çok amaçlı olarak hayata geç r len stadyumda, resto-
ran, büfe g b sosyal alanların yanı sıra çoklu b let satış
g şeler mevcuttur. İk tr bün kısmı arasında loca, VIP
alanları, stadyum yönet m , restoran ve food-court
g b şlevler çeren ara kat yerleşt r lm şt r. Stadyumun
kuzey-güney ve doğu tr bün g r şler ne mağazalar
yerleşt r lm şt r.
Süper L g ve UEFA standartlarındak bu stadyum
sadece maçlarda değ l, sosyal akt v te merkez ve olası
doğal afetlerde se barınak olarak kullanılab lecekt r.
The site of Sakarya Stadium is located about 3 km
away from the city center on the Sakarya-Karasu high-
way to the east of the city.
The city center was damaged significantly during the
17 August earthquake disaster of the recent past and
it is now being restructured. The structure aims to be-
come the symbol of this restructuring with its design.
In this sense, steel structures were used to emphasize
the perception of “strength” on the facade and roof
outside of the tribune and auxiliary spaces. Sakarya
Stadium will be built on an area with a total zoning
area of 136 thousand square meters. The stadium has
21 thousand spectator stands, 661 VIP spectator seats,
7105 UEFA Club seats as well as a 262 seat capacity
lounge area. There are 16 elevators in the stadium in
addition to a parking space with 160 closed and 1445
open areas for cars and a 15 bus parking space.
The stadium is a multi-purpose structure with social
recreation areas such as restaurant and snack bar as
well as a number of ticket oces. There is a mezzanine
between the two tribune sections where the VIP areas,
stadium management oces, restaurant and food-
court are located. There are shops at the north-south
and east tribune entrances.
This stadium is in accordance with the Super League
and UEFA standards and can be used not only for
matches but also as a social activity center or a shelter
during natural disasters.
