52 residences located at the 14 floor blocks at the Melikgazi
district of Kayseri have dierent alternatives such as 4+1, 3+1
and duplex. Sports-hobby centers have been designed at
the lower floors of the block which can be used by the resi-
dence owners. The open area to the south of the residences
was organized with a rich landscape and a green park was
established with running-trekking-bicycle roads, children
playgrounds and open air sports fields. Sales units were
formed on the ground floor elevation at the northern road
façade of the buildings so that the commercial centerline
can be continued.

devamlılığının sağlanması amaçlanmıştır.
