The city of Manisa has a young population and this building was
planned so that the young population can make use of their
free time via social, cultural, artistic and sportive activities while
carrying out educational activities that will enable them to gain
new skills and knowledge with painting, music and sculpturing
workshops, foreign language, vocation and drama classrooms,
internet rooms, multipurpose hall, folklore training area, chess
rooms and administrative units.
